Step by Step Instructions
1. With the PICC line placed inside the box, attach the lid and slide it forward
2. Push the locking tip through the hole at the end of the box
3. The PICC Guard can be worn under a fabric or elastic net dressing. Gauze may be placed under the dressing for additional comfort if needed
4. When a healthcare provider needs access to the PICC line, manually push against the tab until it releases
5. Remove the lid and discard. The PICC line can now be acessed
